Erin Burke (She/They) is a registered social worker, and lifelong learner who’s passionate about community care, reflective practice, and making meaningful things happen. A community advocate with a passion for reflective practice, nonprofit leadership, and collaborative problem solving, Erin thrives in roles that blend research, coordination, and relationship‑building, and brings a steady commitment to improving systems that support mental wellness and community care.

Meghan Fillier (she/her) is the acting Vice President of the PPNLSHC Board of Directors and a Community Mental Health Worker. She is also a Sociology and Psychology Master's Graduate from Memorial University. Her main areas of work focus on community wellness, mental health practices, harm reduction practices surrounding social crisis, abuse and exploitation, and centre's of refuge and care. Meghan got her start at PPNLSHC through interning and eventually, remaining as a volunteer for years after within our clinic space. During her free time, she enjoys thrift shopping, scrapbooking, and exploring cozy coffee shops! Meghan is thrilled to be serving on our board for an organization close to heart like Planned Parenthood NL.

Megan Taylor (she/her) recently joined the Board of Directors after years of admiring and supporting the work of Planned Parenthood NL from afar. Supporting underrepresented and underserved populations has always been a priority of Megan's through advocacy based in trauma-informed and anti-oppressive harm-reduction strategies. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology, and a Master of Social Work. She is excited to bring her passion and experience in helping others to this new endeavor.

Kristen Winter (she/her) is passionate about helping people access the information and supports they need to thrive. With a background in education and systems navigation, she brings experience supporting individuals and communities through complex systems and a commitment to creating more accessible and inclusive spaces. Kristen is currently completing a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and is excited to bring her perspective and experience to the PPSHCNL Board of Directors in support of advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights across Newfoundland and Labrador.
Outside of her professional life, Kristen enjoys a good book, crafting, celebrating her musical interests, and visiting her family cottage with her mom, partner and dogs. |

Cassandra Barry (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker with Bachelor's degrees in Social Work and Biology from Memorial University of Newfoundland. She is passionate about women's health, sexual and reproductive rights, and ensuring communities have access to inclusive healthcare and reliable health education. As a member of the Planned Parenthood Board of Directors, she is proud to advocate for equitable access to care and empower individuals to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
