The Ins and Outs of Healthy Relationships!
We are SO excited to announce the launch of our new program, The Ins and Outs of Healthy Relationships. This is a 12-week program that will be delivered 4 times per year. This program is designed for those between 14-19 years of age. Our next session will take place online (If you have issues with computers or internet please contact us)
There will be many topics discussed throughout the course of the 12 weeks. To name a few more that are not included on the poster are as follows,
- Boundaries and Consent
- Intimate Partner Violence
- Apps & The Internet
- Misogyny, Feminism & Rape Culture
Our last week together will be focused on connecting youth to healthy communities within the city. We have a group of volunteer/non-profit organizations scheduled to give a small presentation on how youth can get involved with the organization.
We will be providing certificates of completion each week and will be giving youth the opportunity to help deliver the next round of the program. There will also be weekly door prizes which will mainly be gift cards.
Registration is now open our Fall Session is open until Monday October 7th
This program has been supported with a grant from the Canadian Women’s Foundation and its partners, and the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.
