The Ins and Outs of Healthy Relationships!

This is a 12-week program that will be delivered 4 times per year. This program is designed for those between 14-19 years of age. Our next session will take place online (If you have issues with computers or internet please contact us)

There will be many topics discussed throughout the course of the 12 weeks. To name a few more that are not included on the poster are as follows,
- Boundaries and Consent
- Intimate Partner Violence
- Apps & The Internet
- Misogyny, Feminism & Rape Culture

We will be providing certificates of completion each week and will be giving youth the opportunity to help deliver the next round of the program. There will also be weekly door prizes which will mainly be gift cards.

Sessions will be activity based and may include guest speakers to discuss their own experiences with things such as substance use and intimate partner violence. There may also be a small presentation from SHOP about the sex work industry in our city. Our last week together will be focused on connecting youth to healthy communities and volunteer opportunities within the city.

We will be providing certificates of completion and will be giving youth the opportunity to help deliver the next round of the program. There will also be a weekly gift card draw!

This springs sessions will take place virtually every Wednesday evening from April 2nd to June 18th from 6pm - 8:30pm.
Application deadline: March 28th, 2025.
